I have an ongoing commitment to reduce our environmental impact both in my personal and business life, and to provide a reliable and consistent service to customers based on over a decade of off grid living.
Environment
We are 100% off grid and generate all our power using solar and wind. We plant trees on our own land to help offset the carbon emissions generated in the transport of goods to our business, as well as the travel footprint of visitors and guests to Lackan Cottage Farm.
Circular economy
We’re conscious that the renewables industry creates significant waste, and are working hard to ensure that all packaging is compostable or reusble. We also promote a market in pre-used equipment to provide affordable solutions for all.
Hands on
As users of much of the equipment we sell, we provide feedback to manufacturers and can better advise our customers what will suit their situation. We have travelled all over Ireland and Northern Ireland installing off grid solutions.
